It would say, "'Ello guvn'r, 'ow are you this morning?" (They all speak in a Cockney accent. It's true.)
The cabbage would just belch and belch and belch. Like a foghorn, but in a hauntingly beautiful tune, all at the same time.

The carrot wouldnt "talk" so much as have a high-pitched whiny-type voice. And it would be quite boring.
The cabbage would have a Barry White-ish voice, very soulful and engaging. The cabbage would like to sing The Battle Hymn of The Republic I think.
