Do you pay the 5 points & ask away or do you use the search box to see if your question has been asked before?
I just about always search my questions & most of the time I find them already asked so I just check those answers.

If I see it's been answered, I look to see if it's what I wanted to know. Then if it did answer me, I go away. If it's different, I ask away.

I have wierd questions. Usually they're not in the search box, but I always check there anyway.

I just use the search box and they usually have it, and if they don't, then I ask.

It depends....... if I need an immediate answer I just search. Sometimes I don't feel like waiting for an answer, or sometimes I don't feel like typing out all the details of my question.

I usually only ask ridiculous and pointless questions in P&S...if it comes up as one that's already been asked, I backspace and ask a different one!
