i have a NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE...ppl said its bad for 3d gaming (flyff) soo i want to get a new graphics card. I want one that is pretty cheap and doesnt cost a lot. Like in the range of $50 AND would be good for 3d gaming. Any suggestions? how do i know which graphics card will fit and work? i have a desktop and the motherboard is small so a big graphic card wont really work....

$50 isn't going to get a great video card. It will get one that is better than an Nvidia 6150.....IF you have an PCI-e slot that is, if you have an AGP slot any decent video card is going to be more than $50.

At the $50 and under range you pretty much have two choices, either an ATI 2400HD or an Nvidia 8400. Neither are great for gaming but I have tried both of them next to my onboard Nvidia 6100 (similar to 6150).

Of the two the Nvidia 8400 is the faster card, both are fairly small cards, both can play games at low settings but will not give you great framerates at higher settings (or on Dx10 games).

Good luck in your hunt.

If you can stretch your budget the 7600GS is a decent card if you have an AGP slot, or an ATI 2600HD can be had for about $80 after rebate. The 2600HD is much more robust than either the 2400hd or Nvidia 8400. Decent midrange performance but still not a 'killer' card.

i understand anybody else has responded this particularly properly, yet... The Nvidia 6150 is onboard video and intensely sluggish. extra memory on your gadget won't help you except you with video framerate (except you're going from a million stick of DDR2 to 2 sticks of DDR2 and enable twin channel..yet narrow probability on that one). a clean video card will make issues lots extra suitable. Even the main base video card obtainable (Nvidia 8400 @ $20 or Radeon HD2400 @$30) supply you 4-5x the linked fee you have now AND liberate memory on your courses (because of the fact the 6150 makes use of your computing gadget memory jointly as committed video playing cards have their own). if your gadget can cope with it an Nvidia 8600GTS (approximately $129) would be approximately 10x speedier and a Radeon 3850 (approximately $169) would be approximately 18x speedier.

hm. flyff isn't very graphic hungry, you could get a pretty good video card if youre planning to shell out at least 95-105$ for a 7600gt. it'll handle WoW, half life 2, cs:source and even F.E.A.R

do you have a PCi-E Slot?
$50 is not enough for adequate 3D performance.
Plan to spend at least $150.

Your chipset supports PCIe. This should be perfect for your budget:

For its price, really fantastic when overclocked.
