So maybe last nights performance was a little off, but whats the big deal?

Let's see, she can't sing, she can't even figure out how to lip-sync now, she danced like she had just finished her tenth rum and coke. She has officially run out of things that she can't do anymore.

I agree with you. I mean, can you imagine how nervous she must have been?! Not only had her whole routine changed, but she couldn't do the special effects which I'm sure everyone would have enjoyed, AND she had already heard what Sarah Silverman was going to say about her kids....why wouldn't her mind be somewhere else?! That's leaving out the fact that she hadn't performed on tv for over 3 years. I have to give her credit for trying-I couldn't have enough guts to go out there and do what she did. Granted maybe she wasn't wearing the best outfit, but everyone makes outfit mistakes here and there, especially during award shows. I have to say that she looks pretty darn good for having 2 kids less than 3 years ago! Give her credit for trying and hey, she's only 25, she still has many years to 're-invent' herself. I hope she doesn't get too upset over what people are saying about her performance and continue to try. At least when she's either in the recording studio or performing she's not out getting into trouble like some other stars lately. I think she'll always have die hard fans and people who wish she would just go away-what what celebrity doesn't!! I hope to see her on tv again.....maybe she'll redeem her pop diva title again....I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

MTV JUST USED HER. THEY KNEW PERFECTLY THAT SHE STILL IS IN BAD SHAPE, BUT THEY DID NOT CARE. WHAT THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE RATING AND THE FREAK SHOW THEY ARE SO INTO NOW, WITH ALL THE REALITY SHOWS OF DISFUNCTIONAL BRATS.
I LIKE BRITNEY A LOT AND I HOPE SHE WILL MAKE A BETTER PREFORMANCE SOON, SHE IS STILL ILL.
IF I WERE HER MANAGER, I WOULD HAVE DRESSED HER IN A SEXY BABY DOLL, SO SHE COULD HAVE SHOWN HER NICE LEGS AND DERRIERE... AND NOT THE TUMMY, AND STILL HAVE SEX APPEAL. AND THE DANCING, SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE MADE ANY CHOREOGRAPHY, SHE SHOULD HAVE DANCED ON HER OWN.

because everytime she half asses her way through life and gets on tv or pictures in people magazine, she gets money that she obviously doesn't deserve. get her off the stage and out of the spotlight... nobody wants to see (or especially hear) that....
