OMG I was expecting a great amazing performance! I mean like the once she used to give when she was BRITNEY SPEARS POP DIVA! She looked kinda drunk on the VMA's! Although I like the part when she said "It's Britney b*tch!" :]

I have a feeling she's sick of performing...I think she just wants to be done, but no one will leave her alone. She really doesn't have any other talents and the way she spends money, she needs to keep working. She doesn't have that love for her singing and dancing like she used to. I think she was forced to perform as a child and all the way up. When she got of taste of just being normal and not being on the go all the time, she liked it. I think she should just do her own thing for awhile and quit trying to be something she's not.

It was horrible! Her career is so DOA! Shame on Britney and whoever is advising her should be fired! She seemed uncomfortable, unprepared and out of her league! She made a fool of herself! She is a mess and should retire from show business and should focus on her children! MTV are a bunch of hypocrites and cowards and have been scared ever since the Janet Jackson fiasco which is why they censored her performance supposedly during rehearsals. MTV sucks! The show sucked since they don't show music videos anymore anyway!

Brittney Spears is a hot mess and why are people acting like giants can't fall? Celebs careers always fall off. If they make bad choices and ignore good advice, what more can you expect. She was on top once just like MC Hammer. LOL...You see where he is. Her past celeb means nothing. She should be straight on $$$ though.

Guys I think you should try and give her a break. She has made some mistakes in her life and she wants all her fans and fame back. It was her first time performing again. Yea we all miss the old Brittney but she tried to grow up to fast and this has happened. I think she did a bad job and stuff but you can still cut her some slack.

MTV JUST USED HER. THEY KNEW PERFECTLY THAT SHE STILL IS IN BAD SHAPE, BUT THEY DID NOT CARE. WHAT THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE RATING AND THE FREAK SHOW THEY ARE SO INTO NOW, WITH ALL THE REALITY SHOWS OF DISFUNCTIONAL BRATS.
I LIKE BRITNEY A LOT AND I HOPE SHE WILL MAKE A BETTER PREFORMANCE SOON, SHE IS STILL ILL.
IF I WERE HER MANAGER, I WOULD HAVE DRESSED HER IN A SEXY BABY DOLL, SO SHE COULD HAVE SHOWN HER NICE LEGS AND DERRIERE... AND NOT THE TUMMY, AND STILL HAVE SEX APPEAL. AND THE DANCING, SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE MADE ANY CHOREOGRAPHY, SHE SHOULD HAVE DANCED ON HER OWN.
MTV IS DELETED FROM MY SAT DISH FROM TODAY. I THINK THEIR LEVEL DROPPED TO BOTTOM. IT IS ONLY A SHADOW OF WHAT IT USED TO BE, TODAY IT IS BAD AND VULGAR AND CYNICAL JUST LIKE THAT SILVERTRASH COMEDIANT .... BADMOUTHED AND CHEAP.

you know what I was also expecting a good one but once she stood there in that stripper outfit she got from goodwill and the boots she couldn't even walk in I sat there and laughed. i also found the part where she said "Its Britney B*tch" was hysterical even though it wasn't her voice cause she didn't say One Word On That Stage! And also she looked Sh*t faced on stage hahaha..... poor Britney bad come back not the best actually its probably the worst.

i dont know. britney is going down. did u know dat she was supposed 2 sing umbrella not rihanna. another bad career choice she made added to a long list. i still love her cuz i can still remember the britney i grew up watchin but u gotta feel bad 4 her.

I thought Britney's performance was bad -- then I watched the rest of the show -- & it was even worse (if possible)!!! OMG What was MTV thinking!?! UUGGHHH!!!

Her performance was pathetic. I heard that MTV changed her dance routine at the last minute, and Britney was upset about it. Maybe that explains why she seemed so lackluster.
