I am 17 years old and on August 29th or so I had unprotected sex, but he pulled out...I know this isnt the most effective or best method to use. I also realized that August 29th was during my ovulation period so that gets me a bit worried. I am suppose to get my period this week and last week I had signs of it coming such as my face breaking out and a bit extra vaginal discharge. And since I am stressing out I think that may make my period become a little more irregular. I plan on taking a pregnancy test this thursday and next thursday. But if any of you could give me your opinions on whether or not im just paranoid and should relax or whatever that would be appreciated thanks.

You are probably not pregnant.

But, how do you know he pulled out before any sperm got in you?

How is this cycle different than others, do you usually get the same amount of discharge? This sounds like a normal pre-period deal.

Just take a pregnancy test now, if you are worried...but your period will probably show up.

Just get some condoms for next time so you are not so nervous to ruin the good feelings

good luck

There aren't always signs, especially that early, if you are pregnant. The missed period would be the only real indicator at this point. You would only be about 5-6 weeks pregnant I think (if my math is right) usually around 8-12 weeks is when things like morning sickness and soreness in the chest will start up, but then again some women don't have any symptoms throughout their entire pregnancy.

Take the test soon...also, go to a doctor and get checked out for STD's and/or to see if you are pregnant. If not, have the doctor give you some method of birth control. You're too young to be so stressed (especially if it just makes you ill and stops your period anyway...that's too much stress).

pulling out being not efective is not true. i used the pulling out method for 3 active years and i never got pregnant. tho there are ppl that do get pregnant that way, it still works pretty good. dont worry, you are probably not pregnant.. when i am worried about something i usually get my period late as well. though if you are really wrried just take the test now so you can relax. good luck!

First, why don't you just go to the drug store and buy a test. It will put you at ease.

It is possible for you to be pregnant, though unlikely. Sperm can live inside a man's urethra and can be released with "pre-come", it is more likely to have this happen if the man has ejaculated recently and hasn't urinated.

Next time, if you don't want to get pregnant then make sure you don't, it takes seconds to protect yourself.

You could be working yourself up and that could delay your period. Take a test and see what it says. If it is Neg. I am sure you will start soon after you know because the stress well be lifted. If it is positive, well, good luck.

Pulling out is not effective, but I'm sure you know that. It's a possibility. Please, please don't ever have unprotected sex again. If you are going to have sex, you or your partner has to get condoms. If the condom breaks, or you forget--and I sincerely hope neither happens--get yourself some emergency contraception.

During the middle of your cycle is the time you are most likely to get pregnant.

Sounds like bad timing.

Wait a week and take the test.

that's what happens when you have unprotected sex. Tell your Mom, I'm sure she would like to be a Grandma
