Your question is slightly skewed but I understand what you mean.

I am not very happy about some of the laws concerning marijuana possession when it concerns personal use and possession in ones own home and/or vehicle.
Driving while "high" is a whole 'nuther issue.

Laws concerning federal taxation are WAY out of line! (Income taxes and the IRS)
The IRS has much too much authority over the livelihood of the individual taxpayer and their penalties are much higher than they would otherwise allow for commercial lending institutions!

However, laws are laws and it is the responsibility of the voting masses to change the direction of government when it becomes unbearable.

I don't agree with certain aspects of "Premises Liability". I know of a case where a trespasser won a lawsuit because his foot got shot (by his own gun) and he claimed to not realize that he was on "private property".

I don't like that marijuana is illegal. I don't even smoke the stuff, but it's an unnecessary way to create crime and fill prisons, and it's much less harmful than alcohol or cigarettes.
