There's a mix on Jock Jams from the 90s that starts out like that, then it goes into many other songs, probably what you mean. I think after "Pump Up the Jam" it goes into "I Like to Move It". I found a link to that Jock Jams album, but it doesn't list the Jock Jams mix as a track, though all of the tracks are the ones that are sampled.
