I saw a preview once on either TMC or AMC which play classic movies and they were showing clips and making of scenes from a movie.

I think the movie was directed by Alfred Hitchcock, although I'm not positive and the storyline surrounded withcraft or devil-worship. It was with a creepy brother and sister and they lived in a castle or something...

I think the movie was made sometime in the 60-70's. If you know what movie I'm talking about can you please refresh my memory and give me the movie title?

It's definetly not "The Pit and the Pendulum" and it didn't star Vincent Price.

Could it be the Pit and The Pendulum, written by edgar Allen poe, staring Vincent Price, Directed by Robert Coleman, it was about a creepy brother and sister that lived in a castle, it was really good. Did it have a torture chamber in the basement? It came out in 1961.

Pit and the Pendulum might possibly fit the bill, but more likely you may have seen a preview of an earlier Poe adaptation, House of Usher, which was released in 1960. Both films were directed by Roger Corman, and starred Vincent Price. In House of Usher, Price plays a neurotically sensitive gentleman who lives with his sister in a gloomy, dangerous old mansion, The sister suffers from catatonia, and in the course of the film, her brother has her buried alive (which, it turns out she doesn't like at all...)!
Very creepy, and well worth a watch!
