As peoples brains dont sleep so if you give your body some rest you'll be surprised how much you can cope :)

Yes - two hours can make all the difference. I'll head back to bed at 3:30. (It's 3:10 now.)

Nope. I'm a complete night-owl myself & if I had to get up at 5:30, I wouldn't bother going to bed now !!!

No, don't sleep, then it'll take you forever to get up and then you'll be even more tired. Take a 2 hour hot shower and then eat a huge breakfast to be awake.

Some sleep is better than none, it will help you make it through the next day even though you will most likely be tired still.

If it's for work then yes!!! If you're only taking the kids to school or something that might not be too time consuming then party all night!!!!!!

yes ive always noticed that at intervals of 3 or 6 hours i wake up better but you must try to understand your own body and try not to overwork it or u might crash
