I'd say it's a shark...although whale sharks shouldn't grow that large. check out the tail fins. Whale's flukes should be horizontal. Fishes like sharks have vertical fins. I just saw the clip minutes ago for myself. It has vertical fins. I would say it's a whale shark....which is a fish by the way and not a whale
