Inside yourself...find things that make you happy and feel comforted. Think positively, you always hear this, but its so true...when you think positive, you get positive. Meditation, Painting and being in Nature really helped me find peace after a really bad year of my life.

By accepting yourself for your straigths as well as weaknesses. You don't have to be able to forgive yourself for anything as long as you know you are already forgiven. It was described in a Kenny Chesney song as feeling like a newborn baby cradled up in the arms of the Lord. I think that is the kind of peace that we all would like to feel.

method 1:
standing in the heavy rain....
close your eye....
take a deep breathe....
hooo..........
method 2:
on your tv, tune into cartoon....
have a big bite of chocolate....
and potato chips....
method 3:
on your favorite song as loud as u can....
then yelling, jumping, dancing....
don't stop until u get enough....
method 4:
choose your fav restaurant or anywhere there sell food....
eat until your stomach like sh!t....
method 5:
throw all the glasses to the wall....
method 6:
have a hot bath in the tube....
soft music on....
a glass on milk....
method 7:
take a walk at the park or seaside....
look around you....
what will you hear....
what will you see....
what will you feel....
