When people who clearly have no life and come on here and start insulting your team ex. im a yankee fan they come and say well yankiies suck or there gay ect . First place they cant even spell the name of the team correct and second they know absolute nothing about baseball. Gets on my nervous .

It bothers me but it is fun to get a rise out of them and see what stupid comments they come up with. I like to post questions that are obviously stupid just to see what idiots who don't know a thing about real baseball will say. Good question.

I wouldn't let those people get to you. When you read something like "Yankees suck" or "yankees are gay", try to take a look at the questions and answers of the people who are writing these things. You will find that they are not very smart, and most likely very stupid, and cannot say anything that makes sense. Intelligent people, who actually have lives do not say things like that. In fact, many people who do not like the Yankees will say it nicely, but they also agree that some fans make statements that are ridiculous.
Do not let it get on your nerves. You may notice that it's the same people who say those things over and over. They are probably very sad, unhappy people who get joy out of saying mean-spirited things. Normal people like you or I can find other things to do with our time than trying to say stuff like that. It's pretty sad when the only fun a person has is making dumb or mean statements about the Yankees.
Also, when I see them write those things, I as a Yankee fan, give it right back. Sometimes they e-mail me to argue, but then stop when they realize they don't know what they are talking about.
This dimnd guy missed the point. I have also read questions by the guy who spells it "yankiies" or "yankies" to get under the skin of Yankee fans, so don't worry about his clueless response.

Well...in all fairness I hate both the Yankees and Red Sox, but I won't deny that they are hard to win against. My big thing is I just don't like the teams that have such big salaries. I think it's so much more of an accomplishment when a small market team can make it to the playoffs and occasionally win it all.

Nah, it doesn't bother me. No matter which team you root for, there is always going to be some troll out there that is going to have to insult them - no matter how good or bad they are. I am at the point now where I just root for my team. If I have a question about my team I only look at the ones with the serious answers, and they will get the 10 points on here if I like it. No offense, but screw the other people who feel they have to harp on them. I just ignore them. It is simply trolling. If they feel they have to chime in something bad, than I know I got on their nerves. Too bad.

It's lame, plain and simple. I'm a Cubs fans so we're used to getting it from the Brewers, White Sox, Cardinals and all these other fans that are just jealous that a team that hasn't won a World Series in 99 years has more fans than theirs.
It's probably the opposite for you as a Yankees fan, they're jealous of how many WS won.
Screw 'em.

Yes that bothers me I'm not a yankees fan but I love baseball
I don't put down other teams I root for my team. I believe if there no really good teams there's not really excitement when a underdog team wins. I like the Detroit Tigers and they weren't the best team but I'm a true it don't matter to me..

You are so right.I would never dream of doing that to someone else. People love to pick on our Yankees, because they are jealous. We may not always win the WS. But we have the players other fans would love to have. It is just a cheap quick way for them to get 2 points. That's all.

i think jeffery s missed the point,that she obviously cant spell,not dimnd wake up snapperhead,and she knows very little about the game of baseball.oh and btw yankees fans are easily as obnoxious as red sox fans,i see the yankees fans being more arrogant(like jeffery s)in acting like they are better because they do stoop to the others level HYPOCRITES.
