Omgsh so acting is now really my new obsession. I really love doing it and I want to take my career further. Im working out and doing alot of monologues now, anyone know how to get an agent and how to do auditions. Im pretty commited to what I do so your not wasting your time answering this question =) Please put your answers into thought, thanks.

Listen to theatre doc; he knows what he's talking about. But I can tell you to get into class -- acting class, dance class, chorus, Shakespeare -- it all helps. And if you're just starting out, I'm thinking you don't need an agent yet, but it all depends on what kind of acting you want to do and where you are. If you're just starting, hone your craft. Audition for everything. Take all parts you're offered. Build your resume.
