I need to find a company that will take a block of lexan and use lasers to sculpt a model out of it, which i would supply in as a 3D file.

possibly you could get it milled with a CNC machine. You may want to look into that. Architecture/art department of an university should have a rapid prototyping center. Though they probably don't do work for non-students.
If it doesn't need to be lexan, you could get it 3D printed. All 3D rapid prototyping methods have very strict requirements for your 3D file, so you need to check your file first.

Lexan is a thermoplastic which means it melts when heated.

I don't believe it can be sculpted with lasers as it will turn all gummy around the heating site where ablative heating is going on. And if it did work the surface would be all frosted.
Lexan Resin is available for casting which would have a clear surface.
Why did you want to use Lexan?
