Sorry but you are like me "you lost your rollover minutes". So much for rollover, i don't remember them telling me I would lose them so quickly. I had over 5000 rollover minutes. I don't use my phone only about 20 minutes or less per month, my husband uses about the same amount.

Sometimes when account information is beiing updated you will get very wierd results. I once logged onto my checking account to check my balance and was horrified to see that my account suddenly showed a very serious negative balance every day for the past month. When I checked it again in about an hour it was fine again.
If you just happen to hit it when the information is being updated you might see something like this. Check back with it again in an hour.

I just logged on and mine are still there all 3230 of them. I also have the plan with 450 min, so I think you better call AT&T and I hope you still have a copy of last months bill.
The roll over min. only expire from the previous 12th month, everything from this month and the previous 11 month are still there unless you used them.

actually, if you have minutes over 1 year old, they're gone. for accounting purposes, AT & T clears rollover minutes at their FYE (accounting for minutes over multiple periods would be an accounting nightmare) & you start fresh with 0 rollover minutes.
as for it not showing up in your online account, if you have some, then contact AT & T customer service about it.

It depends on how much you are paying per month.
Get ahold of AT&T and get it straighten out.

I stole them and sold them to Korean gangsters. I'm sorry. I'm a kleptomaniac. I can't help it.
