I have the RX# and my Dr.has called it in. We keep getting told that the retail pharmacy we used can't get it. We have called all of them in town and my mail order one as well. Where do we get this. My pharmacy plan covers it. So shouldn't they carry it?

Problem solved. They finally told me they would order it but I had to pay for it first. Total miscomunication. Thank you for your answers.

For IUDs, you don't normally get those from a pharmacy, but from a doctor. You have to go to a doctor to insert it, and so, they normally stock them.

They should carry it but there could have been a problem with the manufacturer..

Why are you getting it at a pharmacy? Aren't you seeing a gynocoligist?

Your gynocologist should be the one inserting it and they generally keep them well stocked for the fact so many women are using them now.
