Hopefully, you mean $1100 net, rather than gross. If that is the case, you have $500 left per month for your car (if you have one), insurance on the car (again if you have one), and gas.
That should be enough. If you don't think that is enough, get a roommate (or 2) - not sure how many rooms you have in the house you live in. Then, you can rent each of the rooms out for $200 or so, plus 1/2 or 1/3 of the utilities (depends on how much the going rate for a room is).
Don't go out to eat too often - shop at an inexpensive grocery store, clip coupons, and perhaps find cheaper items on Craigslist.org

Since you're paying only a little more than half on rent and utilities, what is the problem? I wish I'd had that kind of money at hand. I paid $700 on rent and utilities on an income of $900 a month. Count your blessings.

How many people ?
Do you have to commute to work ?
Do you live in a place with public transit ?
Is that a mortgage or a rental ?
Do you do your own cooking ?
Are you eligible for senior services ?
Missing lots of details for a good answer . . .
But basically ,
Live in the least expensive place that has hot and cold running water , is clean (no rodents , vermin or bugs ) and is safe .
Use public transit .
Do your own cooking .

Maybe you need a room mate, that will cut your bills in half.
