No, we might be tens of thousands of years form peace on earth. Killing is always the option of choice. We're as barbaric now as ever we ever were.

There will be no peace in our time because man is to caught in the game of power and greed. Peace will come when we learn to put things like that aside, so I say no. We might be civilized in the world's eyes but man has a long way to go yet before we find peace, Mcquinty and big mouth Miller are fine examples of this, they wouldn't know how to help find peace as they are to busy filling their own pockets at our exspence

Depends on what kind of peace you seek. I wouldn't hold your breath for world peace, the human race is not yet evolved enough to achieve it. Try for inner peace first and the rest will come easier.

As long as mankind lives, there will never be peace. There may be moments of peace (2 or 3 years at a time), but never lasting peace. That's because man will never rid himself of greed -- greed for wealth and greed for power. You didn't really think the "War on Terror" is about ideological fundamentalism did you?

Has there been peace in any time? As North Americans we have the highest living standards in the world . . . someone will always try to take a bite out of our collective a$$es.

P.S. I just asked my husband this question and he said yeah, shortly after donkeys fly out of his ***. I'll be sure to let you know when it happens . . .

No.

There are to many monsters in the world and to many people willing to ignore the actions of monsters to keep from hurting their feelings or invading their privacy.
