I am going to las vegas for a week, it will be my 1st time. Wanted to know of any great places i showed try to hit while im out there. I am up for anything. All i want to do is have a lot of fun. Any suggestions?

You can find a list of most all of the night/dance clubs in Las Vegas at http://www.lasvegas.com/nightlife/
There is most everything in Las Vegas. Without knowing your likes and dislikes it can be hard to tell you just what you might want to see.
If you are staying on the Strip it can take you more than a week just to check out everything on the strip. You have some big malls, shows, casinos all over the place.
On the same site as the nite club listings you will find many things to do in Las Vegas.

here are some great places
the magic show at the monte carlo hotel and casino is great. but a little pricey
then the adventure dome in the circus circus hotel and casino. indoor theme park. very cool and affordable. 25 each person for a all day pass.
then the fashion show mall off the strip. one of the biggest malls in america. a great place.
then the fremont experience at downtown. night shows in the dome
the luxor has a great club and almost every casino does. but i recommend the hard rock...very fun
and the palms has a concert hall called the pearl and a lot of artists like gwen stefani, .... are coming but i dont know if you'll be here for that.
and then take a walk down the strip... at night... cuz its so hot in the afternoon.
and there's so much more

Definitely do some dancing on the bar at Coyote Ugly (inside New York New York Hotel) - that's so much fun. Ghost Bar at the Palms and VooDoo Lounge at Rio, are great also. For thrill seeking rides, you have to go to the Stratosphere and Circus Circus also has good rides.

Go to The Forum Shops inside Cesar's Palace, GREAT SHOPPING! Lots of designer shops, including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, you name it!
The Hard Rock Casino also has great shopping, but I like Cesars Palace more
There is so much fun stuff to do in Vegas, I'm sure you'll figure it out once you are here. HAVE FUN!!!
Oh, clubs go from mid-nite (earlier, but this is the time they get kickin') until SUNRISE!!!
