Their pandering to the Hispanic vote, but hold the presses. If you are Hispanic and legal, you should be able to speak and understand English.

So who were they speaking to?

Could it be?

Even though the illegals are not legally allowed to vote.

Well the Dem's did manage to get many dead to come to life and vote in Ill.

Hmmmmmmm!

Yeah, and what made me even madder was that they advertised the Democrat Debate and didn't advertise the Republican Debate. I didn't even get to see it. It's all that Dagom News stations. They're all Democratic except maybe FOX. Because their the only ones that are close to Republican. And I'll tell you what right now, if we get a Democrat as President, this country is just gonna go down hill from there. Once they try to stop that war and if they do, those Al Quiada idiots will be right back here killin more people. It's just a complete mess and God help us all.

No--it desn't bother me at all.

As for the Republican "stance" on immigration--let's review:

>For 12 years the GOP controllled Congress, and did nothing about the immigration problem while it grew from a manageable number of illegals to 12 million.
>Congres and Bush had the power to see that the laws already on th ebooks were enforced. Again, they did nothing.
>Given an opportunity to address the issue with a conservative immigratin reform bill, the Republicans blocked the bill.

In 2009 we will see immigration reform--but in a far more liberal fform. The right-wingwill scream. Let them. They had the power to fix this mess their way for over a decade. They CHOSE not to do so.

The Latino community is just another special interest group that politicians cater to. It pisses me off just as much as when its done to labor unions, environmentalists and religious groups. Politicians play for support of groups of people and play to collectivist ideas.

That this was done in Spanish only makes it more blatant.

No! I do not watch the debate no matter what language it in - a lied is a lied no matter if it is in English or Spanish. Now will they have another one in another language beside English or Spanish?

NO, not really. That is just the dems pandering to non-citizens. Remember, learning English is a requirement to become a citizen. If they had to speak in Spanish, they were not talking to legal voters.
The dems are just showing their colors again.

It's theatrics, low-down sneaky theatrics, and the sad part is a great many will fall for it. One thing that it did bring out is the obvious hypocrisy exhibited by the candidates in answering immigration and border security related questions.

It was all a very sad display.

I'll say it again, the best thing Republicans can do to make Democrats look bad is let the Democrats voice their thoughts.
No, it doesn't make me angry it reminds me of how wrong the Dems are for a free country.

Well yeah, I don't like it.

However, to reach the millions of illegal aliens here to exploit our country and spit on our culture, they had to speak Spanish.

And this illegal immigrant issue is perpetuated and ignored by Dem and Repubs alike. The government likes it because it brings them money; they do not care for the people of America nor their opinions.

Yes, but it shows that they are happy to help divide the country. Our language unites us, having 10s of millions of people never learning to speak our language divides us further, which is the main goal of the Democrat party.
