Weather is complex, it's affected by many variables. At best we can predict how things are going to change about a week in advance, it would be unrealistic to try to predict the weather for HI in December.
Instead we can look at the climate (long term weather averages) and make an educated guess as to what it will be like. For Kaneohe Bay we can make a good guess as the weather (and climate) are fairly constant throughout the year, with the exception that it tends to rain a bit more in Dec than most other months.
Likely 72°C give or take a few degrees, quite a lot of broken cloud and sun, quite a lot of showers, some heavy but good dry spells also, pleasant breeze.

It's too early to tell but if you go to this link it will show you the temperature outlook and precipitation outlook compared to normal. EC means Equal Chances which means that it's too hard to predict whether it's going to be normal, above or below normal. So here you go.
