depends on the skin tone. if you are light skinned, the best colors are pink and light blue. if you have darker skin, you would look totally gorgeous in red

Depends on your complexion.

People with fair skin tend to look better in "winter" or "cool" colors, like light blue, lavender, bright green or pastels.

People with darker or olive complexions look better in "warm" or "fall" colors, like dark green, rust, burgundy, browns, etc.

well i'm a brunette. and the color that you can pull off and brunettes can't is black. i'm so jealous because with my hair i'll look depressed but when blondes wear black it looks realyl sophisticated. well thats what i think. also brown excentuates the natural gold highlights in your hair.
