okay, i can tell you the two things that increased my husbands sperm count dramatically...

one: wear boxers and loose fitting pants... no briefs, no tight jeans....

two: tell him to stop masterbating... i dont say it to sound stupid, but honestly, you would be surprised at how much men (even married ones with a healthy sex life) masterbate... in the shower, after you go to sleep... after the specialist told my husband to stop masterbating we starting getting pregnant within 2 months...

otherwise if these dont help, have him get checked out... yeah i know the guys hate it, but he could have a varicose vein in one of his testicles... a friend of mines husband had that and once he got it fixed they were good... and his counts came up dramatically

I could anticipate that growing testosterone stages could expand the RATE of sperm construction, which could regularly expand the sperm depend for a given unit of time. There are methods to attain this (it would require a few study). I can handiest inform you the right way to MAINTAIN sperm depend; the normal methods are to prevent tight becoming pants, put on boxers, get lots of bodily recreation, and to get lots of leisure throughout the midnight. And NO. Yellow five does NOT cut down sperm depend/motility/construction. Mountain Dew is PERFECTLY SAFE to drink, as are some other meals/beverage merchandise containing yellow five (so long as you are now not allergic or hyper-touchy to yellow five). The Mountain Dew outcome is a MYTH. Chemists have mentioned it over and over.

Make sure he doesn't smoke or drink alcohol. He should eat healthy. He should try to keep his testicles cool--wear loose fitting clothes, avoid excessive bike riding, no hot tubs, baths, or saunas. He shoud take a daily multi-vitamin, l-carnatine, and zinc supplement.
