It's legal to ask the questions, whether or not it is legal to require answers depends on the questions.

It's legal to ASK you to sign a paper that you won't discuss the meeting, but if they absolutely require it, it's totally invalid. Nothing signed under duress is valid.

It's legal. Some legal settlements also require that both parties do not discuss the settlement with anyone.

If you don't want to sign the paper, then don't. Nobody has a gun to your head, demanding you sign it, right?

It is very legal and not at all uncommon. Corporate confidentiality covers a multitude of things.
