Those slip-ups are pretty embarrassing.

I have to admit though, I'd rather have a regular speaking person as President -than the "Egg-Head" type.
You know the ones I'm speaking of, the "Public Speaking 101" graduates. They just say all the right things just the right way. It's all carefully rehearsed and so-forth. I don't believe a word of it.

people think it 's not necessary to know all-when you have advisers around.One said even if I were the President of the USA when asked about the name of my country I would reply "Don't know"and they judged him right!

To answer your question, no. George Bush has fooled everyone! He's not really dumb he's just very nefarious and evil. He is pretending to be stupid so he can get away destroying the world!
