Would like to add also that it might be migraine... you should avoid getting stree out, lack of sleep or eat foods that might trigger it...

Tension headaches are usually when we stress ourselves out with the content of our thoughts.

Your mind is not trying to tell you something. Your head is. Headaches are caused either by blood flow problems in the brain, (migraine) or by muscular tension, (tension headache) or by the rapid oral ingestion of extremely cold substances ("brainfreeze").

This question has nothing at all to do with philosophy. You might try over in one of the science categories.

All illness or Dis Ease is caused by resistance or contradictory thinking, contradictory to what your desires are.
Your mind (non-physical self is trying to tell you that you are going in the wrong direction to achieve your preference.

Most headaches are caused by muscle tension. So i guess your brain is trying to tell you to just relax those muscles. It's not coming from your brain, it's coming from your muscles.
