OK, my internet connection works fine usually, but about once a week for an hour or so I can't get online and it's Verizon's service that's the problem. Today I couldn't get online at all until now and after MANY frustrating phone calls they admitted there was a problem (enough to warrant a recording to the effect that they are aware of a problem in my specific state and area code) but when I tried to find out what the problem is I continually got transferred to India where I specifically asked not to get transferred. My main problem with the foreign call center is the language (accent) barrier because it is difficult to understand some operators and the ones that I spoke to were in fact hard to understand AND for some reason they were not informed of the problem in my area and could not help me. Not only that, they BLAMED me for not being able to connect to the internet! I want to know who I can complain to because Verizon wouldn't tell me that either (surprise, surprise). Help?
