Can a father actually win a case? I filled for child support and hes responded he wants to pay 0.00 an?

d wants full custody my daughter is 8 and hes never had her . Weekends at the most???????????????????noe we live 8 hours away

According to what you've provided, there's not a chance he'd win sole conservatorship.

He can win. However, if you have followed the original court order, and taken care of your child, he doesn't have much of a chance. My ex-husband fought me for custody 4 times and his mother fought me once. I won. Now she is 13 and chose to live with dad. It will be interesting to see how long that lasts.
