Im trying to obtain a business license for the state of Nevada where do I go Who do I talk to?

There are several different business licenses you will need to obtain. To begin, if you are looking for a general business license then you must obtain that from the cities you are going to be doing business in; for example Reno or Henderson.
Have you obtained your tax ID number? Do you have a sales tax permit (if selling items you must have a permit)? If you are selling food you must have permit from the health department. Good luck with your new business!
