Which name would be better as a sister for Maddison?
Maddison is already here, so her name CANNOT be changed... and we call her Maddie...
these are the options for baby 2 name:

Gabrielle (Gabbie) or Abbey (not Abigail)...

some people were saying Maddie rhymes with Gabbie/Abbey but it DOES NOT.

I would just like to know which is better out of Gabrielle (Gabbie) or Abbey.. no other name suggestions please!

Gabrielle is gorgeous! You get the best of both. Gabbie sounds like Abbey. Not only that, Gabbie works while she's a kid, and when she's an adult with a serious job, she can go back to Gabrielle. This name has great converability (if that's a word).

I know! Don't you hate when people give you unsolicited suggestions?!! LOL

I would have chose Abigail but since you only want to go with Abbey then I choose Gabrielle and that goes well with Maddison

Direct answer; Abbey

Off track: Maddison is not gender specific, so if you want #2 to be a tom boy too, i'd choose Abbey. If you want to try to make her feminine i'd choose Gabrielle. Personally, i would not have rhyming or close-sounding names. You might consider Abrielle and you could shorten that to Brie. Of course, also important and we do not know, what the last name is.
