You can have peace and be enslaved.
You can have freedom and be at war.
If you are enslaved and you want freedom, it is likely that you will need to fight.
So peace and freedom are not synonyms. (Naturally, it's best to be free and at peace, but if you look at a large portion of the world, that is not the norm).

Freedom is what you have when you can do what you want without interference from government. Peace is the absence of war. They are neither synonyms nor in opposition to each other.
The only way to have absolute freedom is to have no government, a condition that I think is desirable. I do not think it would be nearly as chaotic as some people think. Strangely, since war is fought only by governments, the only way to have peace is also to have no government.
Hence, anarchy is a way of achieving both ultimate freedom and lasting peace.

Peace and Freedom ARE NOT synonyms. Synonyms are words that have the same or almost the same meaning. One of the definitions for peace is "free from disputes". Freedom is the condition of being free; the power to act or speak or think without externally exposed restraints. The only thing they have in common are that they are both nouns.

The ultimate expression of social freedom is anarchy. Anarchy tends to result in violence.

The question as it would seem to be posed to you is a leading one as it implies a direct relation.

no. If you want peace, you should prepare for war. And if you desire freedom, you should prepare to die for it.
