Christian Zionism is a theology that supports a political regime based on apartheid and discrimination - yet millions of people in the US express their support for it. How dangerous is it given the US role in the Middle East?
Christian Zionism is essentially Christian support for Zionism. Zionism is a political system based on ethnic exclusivity giving Jews preferential political rights which are denied to Palestinians. The United Nations has defined Zionism as a form of racism and apartheid. Nevertheless, in the words of Grace Halsell the essential message of the Christian Zionist is this: “every act taken by Israel is orchestrated by God, and should be condoned, supported, and even praised by the rest of us.”
Are you going to sit back and let Christian extremists aid Jewish extremists in their dangerous ideology.

Religious people take note: This isn't about "my religion is better than your religion". I don't want this to be a defending of ones religion and bashing everyone else. Christianity, Islam, and Judaism are all peaceful and wonderful religions. If you to admit though that there are extremists in them that are destroying the religion from within and effecting everyone around them. Please be mature.

Tut tut- the Un rescinded their sesolution on Zionism, Kofi Annan going so far as to state that the passing of the anti-Zionism resolution was the UNs darkest hour and a historic wrong had been corrected when it was recinded. yet somehow those who hate Israel tend to leave this little fact out when trying to drum up hatred...
And Zionism is merely Jewish Nationalism, the same as there is French nationalism, American, British, Italian, German etc. But hey, once again the haters try to portray it as something else- the truth is too painful for them since it goes against their hate filled agenda!
As for Christian support for Zionism, its welcomed and I am glad to see that so many in the non-Jewish world can see the correctness of it!

Im a christian. and im a firm beliver in live and let live. Your tone and your statement are biased and one sided. Zionism is also a label givin to people who believe that The Jews should be alowed their homeland and their own state. Its unfortunate that the Jews and palastinians can not get along. Yet if you want to point fingers..there should be a number of them pointed at the Palestinians as well.

the answer is to rid ourselves of Christianity AND Zionism and every other fairytale organized religion...they are the root of out difficulties. I'm not a Christian, and I believe in the golden rule, peace, live and let live, stay out of other peoples and countries business, strong ethical and family values, the truth as authority rather than authority as the truth.....

Perhaps if Palestine stopped trying to bully Israel, Palestine would stop getting it's rear end kicked... Christianity has nothing to do with it. However, Islam, has alot to do with the violence that palestine spreads....

I am acutely aware of the threat of Islam- the "religion" of violence and intollerance. Christianity is truly a religion of peace.
