Saoirse (SEER-sha or SAIR-sha, depending on accent) is lovely! I'm seriously hoping "Sairose" is simply a typo, however. It's difficult enough to have to correct people on the pronunciation/spelling of a traditional, though uncommon (in the states) name, but to add a misspelling to the mix ... well then it's outright impossible. Don't get me wrong, for Saoirse, it would most certainly be worth it. But you'd be able to point out that this is simply the traditional spelling, and it's said "SEER-sha/SAIR-sha" ... whichever you use (the difference is very subtle). With Sairose, most will assume it's like the beginning of Sarah, plus the name Rose, and it just looks like a confusing created name. I'd have been tempted to pronounce it SEER-ose (like a contrived combination of Saoirse and the popular Rose ... or basically like the word "zeroes" said quickly LOL). Even according to Gaelic phonetics, you might end up with SEER-o-sha, at best. I'd stick with the traditional spelling. ;)

Ciana is nice, as are Michaela and Giovanna (though those two obviously aren't quite as Celtic as your tastes seem to lean toward). :) I'd also like Eliza and Caitlin quite a bit if spelled correctly, but these misspellings simply aren't attractive at all ... not to mention possibly confusing. Ellyza, for example, looks like it would be said EL-lee-za, like the nickname Elly plus the suffix "-za," rather than e-LIE-za.

The only one I can't get into, regardless of spelling, is "Alibeth." As a pet name for an Elizabeth, ok. As a given name? No way! For what it's worth, my first association with that one was Ali Baba. LOL

As to combos, it's a bit hard to pair many of them since so many end in "a" sounds -- I find a first and middle name both ending in the same sound much too repetitive -- so basically I'm left with Saoirse Caitlin or Eliza Caitlin as my favorites.

I've included a link where you can actually hear Saoirse pronounced, by the way ... not to mention finding a great deal of other Irish names that might interest you. ;) Hope that helps!
