people this year are telling me al queda is planning a nuclear retaltion do you think they have the weapons to do such a thing? im scared

Al Queda is now resorting to the use of smoke & mirrors and a few videos. Their best chance of destroying America was on 9/12. They blew it and they know it.

These "people" should share their info with Homeland Security. I think a far more likely scenario would be a low level "dirty bomb" which would do a nice bit of localized damage with plenty of casualties, assuming it is detonated in a crowded area. The psychological damage would be immense. I'm not particularly worried about a 9/11/07 attack : They seem to prefer the element of surprise.

No, they don't have a nuclear bomb. They could make a "dirty bomb" using radioactive materials though.
But there are a lot of other things they might do, like coordinated attacks in different locations. (Actually they did this on 9/11, but they could try doing more at once).

Everything anything is possible any time.................But 911 in the US is like a baby incident compare to what has already been done in the rest of the world. US is still a safe place to live.

na dont be scard there wont be anything like that just live your life. Terrorists want us to be scared, its part of terrorism. they dont have nuclear capability anyway

I dunno. But I don't think that the weapons would actually be that hard to get - Russia is full of old badly guarded nuclear storage centers.
