I am going away with my boyfriend for the weekend to this apartment. It has a spa in it. It is our 2 year anniversary. He has chosen to cook tea and I want to decorate the bathroom into a nice romantic way. Any ideas?

Dark room to start with make sure to have Candles handy to light the room in a nice Romantic glow. have Rose petals strown across the floor and bed. have fragranted oils for massages. have wine for drinks.nice soft Romantic music playing on the Radio.

Candles. Lots. Many and varied. Go to a dollar store, or a craft store for the best prices.
Just blow them out before you go to sleep or you might burn the place down (not romantic at all).
Also, don't burn your hair if it's long by letting him kiss you against a counter with candles behind you (this happened to me once, also sapped the romance a little). :-)
