Goof Troop? there was 4 seasons of that show and a few movies in the early 90s
try having a look at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hoWj1KmdBgU there the intro for goof troop on there at around the 2 min 10sec mark... check out the other clips this guy has hes got heaps of 80s and 90s cartoon intros you may find what your looking for

i think that it could be pound puppies there were also stuffed toy dogs as well that u could get as well
