Would you be more likely to download TV shows on itunes if Apple cut the price from $1.99 to $.99 each?

Apple contends that TV studios and networks will make more money due to increased download volume, while the TV studios and Networks contend that their DVD sales will suffer because of cheap itunes downloads. Example: "Heros" is just released on DVD as a 23 episode set for $40. It would only cost itunes users $22.77 to download the series at the $.99 price.
