The Bellogio's Champagne Brunch. Very very good and very nice. Good selection and not your normal buffet fair, a little more upscale and well worth the price.

Otherwise, I have always liked Alladin's buffet because of the variety of ethnic foods and wonderful seafood bar. And the hubby prefers the one at the Rio.

the ones to avoid: Ballys/Tropicana, Surf Buffet, Sahara Buffet.

The rest are good in particular Paris, the Luxors is ok.

The buffet at the RIO. Its awesome. I thnk it's called Round the World Buffet or something because they have many selections from all different cultures. It was really really good & the price was not too bad.

For lunch, the buffet at the Luxor is really good. (Never ate breakfast or dinnner but do go for lunch when I'm in town) Not too many selections so everything is really good quality. Great huge salad bad. Salad bar is WAY better than most places. Teh price is about 8-11 bucks.

I like the Paris because you can get good French food including crepes. Unfortunately it costs too much and there are often long waits.
I also like the one at Sunset Station. It is excellent for the price. Some of the more upscale ones mentioned by others are also good, but if you're going to pay that much for a buffet why not go to a restaurant where you can order exactly what you want?

Mandalay Bay's Sunday brunch ROCKS. You're gonna pay like $35 a person, but it's worth it!

I like the one at the Luxor, and the one at the Palms, and my friends who are locals swear by the one at the Mirage....
