Im a gay guy age 19 and have never had anal sex. I want to know is it safe? I have watched all the porns and it looks ok. But I want to know what condoms to use plus will it be sore doing anal? Me and my bf want to do it but we are both nervous about it. Any advice on this!! please help me on this

Use a water based lube and a condom.
The condom not only protects against some STD's, but prevents friction which may cause tearing.
You should know that anal sex increases you chance for certain cancers, like pancreatic. Once you start having anal sex you need to keep a medical eye on your butt, especially after your 30's.
The most important thing to do, as the recipient is relax and breathe. It's going to hurt at first so stay still for a bit, until you relax. It may be painful the whole time.
You can also work yourself open with a dildo or finger.
You will probably bleed a little, and have what looks like an "anal hymen" in your stool. If the problem persists after your first bowel movement, or their is a lot of blood, you will need medical help. A little blood is normal, especially the first time.

If you want an honest answer, here it is. Our rectums were not meant to have a penis shoved up them. It is an organ, our colons, which is used to dispell waste from our bodies. If we were meant to have a vagina, we would have been born women. I'm not against gay men as I myself am one; however, I do know the dangers of anal sex and the health risks one can take. It can cause prostate problems which is a huge issue nowadays as well as infections. There is no "SAFE" way to have anal sex, medically and scientifically speaking. Some studies have even shown that some lubricants on the market today may have cancer related ingredients which is a huge disadvantage. Take care and really rethink anal sex. Good luck.

Hmmmm...well, be safe is all I can say. Use a rubber and follow directions. They break sometimes so even with a rubber there is a risk. Yes it will hurt. If you can not do anal you are way ahead. You can do a lot of anal play if you understand what I mean without sticking the p niss in there, you are pretty much totally in the clear if you don't do that. Keep your libido low, j a lot. Well, first, I can tell you that you have to want this to happen. And yes, it's gonna hurt the first time. What I might suggest is this: practice using your finger(s), lubed up, and inserting into your anus. This will help you get used to the feeling. When you finally do penetration, and it hurts, have your partner withdraw. The hurt will go away in about a minute or two. Then have him go back in........you'll be amazed, but it won't hurt. One other thing.......when he goes to penetrate you, push out slightly like you're gonna poop. That will help. Just be sure to use the condoms and some water-based lube. And enjoy.

anal sex is not good for your body it can make you lose bowel control . and i know you dont want that the first time it will hurt it is not like a woman vagina it does not has it's own lube . you should be very careful . if you still want to do it use a condom double bag it i hope this helps

i dont believe anal sex is sucha good idea. there have been reports not many but enough to concern people of peoples anus or bowels becoming perforated during this act. this is extremely bad because it can cause death within an hour if medical help is not sought out immediately.

Your not gay, the guy behind you is. Keep this in mind when dropping stuff in bars with guys wearing leather chaps, and thong underwear. I'd have to say maybe you should get out more. Excercise, maybe get a hobby, or beat the heck out of some poor innocent baby seal with a bat, as a part time job in Alaska. I hope this helps.

kinda scarey,i would refrain from anal sex,its never a good thing to do,it's best to ask a doctor.good luck.
