The Federal Gov'ts Social Security Disability System. If you ever saw the Matt Damon / Danny DeVito/John Voit Movie "The Client" About an Insurance Company Called Great Benefit which automatically denies ALL claims, - then you understand exactly how SSI Disability works.

You are placed in a position where you must engage a law Firm to represent you, the process of winning you claim takes about 1 - 1 1/2 years, and basically caost you about six - 12 months of your benefits, (if you win).

If it were not such an incredibuly subjective and inept system, run by incompetent, vindictive. small minded, petty, power-drunk a-holes, it would be laughable, but here's is a system that is set up for a working man, in the event that he is unable to work after 40 years in the workplace, and the Government does all it can to screw you out of what you barganed for. In fact when I signed up for Social Security, retirement age was 55, with a bonus if I waited until 60 to retire. That was our Contract. I held up my end, the Gov't reniged. Who do I see about that?

My biggest current problem is that I am running out of time. Most of my life is over and I have to consider how to use the time that's left.

Trying to keep up with questions and answers and even spastic typing... tired and hungry but I just started a stint here and want more to continue.
Have been feeling mild earthquakes for weeks, it's strange; though in actuality it's an annual phenom and has been all my time on the west coast of US... hard to get used to though, again.
Happens in the fall in particular, it seems to me.
I guess these are my biggest problems right now. Not much is wrong!!

Having to put in too much effort to find joy in the world. There are simply too many highly strung, agressive, depressed, confussed people around that I can see why some people become reclusive. The only people I can see who are truly at ease with the world are celebrities and politicians. I do not believe this is fair.
