Your a little slow...OBL(osama bin laden) releases tapes around the anniversary of the attack on the world trade center, this is known and expected, it is entirely possible political circumstances were arranged to coincide with the release of the tape, but that doesn't put OBL in Langley.
In short the tape doesn't follow the politics, the politics followed the tape.

perhaps that's when you consider which you reside in Iran that's ruled by an intensive islamic regime. I stay in Lebanon and we've not have been given this variety of problem right here. you mustn't generalize!
