I have no idea of where you are from, this much I can tell you, We Do Not Hate Each Other!!!! The majority of Americans, unless they have been in a war, have never killed anyone, nor are we likely to do so! We are not blood thirsty, not even in war; we do not like killing anyone, not even our enemies! We speak American English, perhaps what you perceive as nasty is just our "cut to the chase" manner of speaking. Others, from countries not familiar with Americans, could find us nasty. Well you seem to forget that America is a very young country. Europe , Asia and the others have already thousands and thousands of years of fighting and hatred for everyone in their path.
It's easy now for example for the people of Europe to sit around and criticize America. They seem to forget that not too long ago they were throwing Jews into ovens faster than Betty Crocker baking cookies for a school function. The average European was either running and hiding or giving up and kissing the asses of the American soldiers that have rescued them.
