I'm serious, actually. The sudden physical release triggers a sudden emotional release through crying. It happens if at that moment you have a hidden emotional burden at the back of your mind (you're stressed, worried, or resentful about something, etc).

Usually it's a release. For example, have you ever cried after having (or during!) a massage? A muscular or chemical release may trigger strong emotions - thus you cry.

Because it is a vulnerable state and their feelings are most exposed. You see, some people think they're making love, and thinking they are receiving love in return, some people feel so much love that it brings them to tears, and the tears, when one gets overwhelmed by them, make you cry.

I suspect repressed sexual abuse as about 25% of US kids are so violated.
My first sexual experience brought up flashbacks of abuse...but I'd never admit it at the time.

I think that they may feel guilty, I've have a women cry after-wards and this is the conclusion that I have come up with.
