eyeliner help!!!!!?

Question

okay, everytime i put on eyeliner (under my eyes) it just ends up all coming off during the day, or it just all goes in the corners of my eyes.

does anyone know any tips on putting it on better or a better kind.

i've used a lot of kinds (avon, mary kay, walmart, etc.)
and they all do the same thing.

does this happen to anyone else, well does anyone have any recommendations?

oh and eye shadows too, mine ALWAYS crease no matter what kind they are.
what am i defective or something?
lol.

One thing you could try is a liquid liner. It works for me and my eyeliner always slides down my face by the end of the day otherwise!

Another thing you could try:
Make sure you're wearing foundation - it helps makeup stay on better.
After you apply regular eyeliner, top it off with some powder eyeshadow, or even a little loose powder. I don't know why, but that layer of powder over the eyeliner really helps it to stay in place. Use a small skinny brush to apply it so you've got more control over wher it goes!

As far as the creases in the eyeshadow - add a layer of loose powder over the eyeshadow. Again, make sure you're wearing foundation underneath.

Sounds like you've got oily skin, like me. Make sure you choose a foundation made for oily skin (I use Revlon) and a loose - not pressed - powder.

Haha, no, I the only thing i could think of is ur using a super cheap eyeliner which i dont think is the case. I used to have the same prob and I figured out I was wearing way too much. Also, if you draw the line all the way to the corner of your eye that doesn't help too. So now I draw a shorter line and like 1/2 as much and it never smudges! I use a simple covergirl eyeliner!! hope I helped! good luck!

My eyeliner always used to do that but I recently bought "Pencil Perfect" from L'Oreal Paris. I have it in Carbon Black and it works so well. I will go to school and come home looking like I did when I left in the morning. It works so good.
