It has been said that many great discoveries lie in wait for the tools needed to make them. What does this statement mean to you? Thx alot!

How long did we think there were littel green men living on Mars? It wasn't until space travel became possible that we discovered we were wrong. Then we had to wait until we had a craft that could land on the surface until we found out what made up the composition of the soil.

What untold discoveries are there in the eons that we won't know about until we have the means of getting there and seeing them for ourselves?


(Think about Medical advances when the microscope was invented - germs were always there but we didn't discover them until we had the right tool.)

The advancement of technology will bring about great discoveries which are not possible at the moment.

The 'atom' would be an example. The theoretical concept of an atom existed almost 2,000 years ago. It was only in recent decades that humans developed the tools to study and use this thing that exists in nature.

for me this is possible only when one have to think alone for all the things which may have to be discovered are all out of experience of which human experience has a limited acces over it .
