One of you could be Bloody Mary (dress in rags and have wild black hair with blood splattered all over) the other could be The llorna (sp) a weeping witch woman of Mexican lore who killed her children and seeks to kill more (wear a gray/green water witch type dress and smear mascara to look like you are crying) - Hope this helps!

Hmm since u want scariest you can be a dead ex wife..Dress as a bride but one who has been brutally murdered....You can always go as a clown that always scares people..Hope i helped
