UHHH...adverbs!?

Question

I am having so much trouble with adverbs. I couldn't pick out an adverb if it saved my life! Anyway, does anybody know any tips or something about picking out adverbs?

I mean in this example for instance: Where do you go to school?
How is there an adverb it that?

There is no adverb in that sentence....adverbs usually, but not always end in ly........
