he didn't necessarily fail at anything. this war can't be defined by winning or losing. Iraq is a place that needed to be cleaned up. it was getting to the point to where this conflict was making other countries get nervous. when nobody else stepped up, we decided it was time to clean up the mess. as far as I'm concerned, the countries complaining about our actions should be thanking us because if Iraq had been left unchecked, we all could have had another world war to contend with (Saddam would have played the part of Hitler).
