Remember the 1940's gangster movies where the actor would say "First we're going to rob the bank..see.. then we're going to ditch the car...see..". Who was that guy with the unique voice?

Edward G. Robinson was the actor that said "see" at the end of his sentences, see.

James Cagney was the actor that's known for "You dirty rat, you killed my brother...", whether or not he actually said it... Myahh.

Edward G Robinson once said in an interview that he'd never used that line in any performance, but that he'd been stuck with it from so many comedic impersonators mimicking his voice and using it as a standby.

Eyes twinkling, he grinningly used it in a television commercial, years later. "Do it my way -see.."
